Terms of service

These terms govern use of adsanyway.com. If you do not agree, do not create an account or paste our embed.

The service

AdsAnyway is a marketplace where gaming sites and Discord servers list ad slots, and advertisers book them. Listing is free. AdsAnyway keeps 15% of each completed sale. The seller keeps 85%. There is no second rate.

Wallet (read this)

Balances are an in-platform ledger, not a bank account and not escrow. Dashboard top-ups add demo credit. No card is charged. Payout requests go to manual review and do not move money to a real bank until a payment processor is connected. Do not treat wallet numbers as cash you can spend off this site.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or the age of majority where you live.
• You are responsible for the email and password you use.
• The first publisher on this install (BoostBot) is also the operator admin account. Do not share it.

Sellers

• List only sites or Discord servers you control.
• Monthly visits are self-reported. Do not invent traffic. Buyers will see the number you type.
• Paste the embed so the slot can actually serve. A listing with a dead embed can be paused.
• Verification is an operator flag, not a paid badge and not a guarantee of traffic.

Buyers

• Creatives must match the landing page and must be legal to run in the places you target.
• You pay from wallet balance. A booking that cannot cover its price will fail.
• We do not promise clicks, conversions, or fill. "The ad did not convert" is not a refund reason. See Refunds.

Discord

Discord delivery is still manual. Bookings that are not marked delivered within 48 hours of the scheduled time auto-refund. There is no live Discord bot yet.

Prohibited

Do not list inventory you do not control, fake traffic, click your own CPC ads, or upload malware. We can pause listings, freeze payouts, or close accounts. We can refuse inventory that breaks the law where we operate.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. AdsAnyway is not a party to the advertiser's offer on a seller's site. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost listings, or ad content that a seller or buyer publishes.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
