Terms of service

These terms govern use of adsanyway.com. If you do not agree, do not create an account or paste our embed.

The service

AdsAnyway is a marketplace where gaming and niche sites list ad slots, and advertisers book them. Listing is free. AdsAnyway keeps 15% of each paid booking. The seller keeps 85%. There is no second rate.

Balance and payments

A daily booking is charged by card through Stripe Checkout when you book, unless your AdsAnyway balance already covers the charge. You can also add funds to that balance by card. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Your balance is a prepaid credit for bookings on this site, not a bank account and not escrow. Sellers accumulate earnings from paid bookings and request payouts, which are reviewed and then sent to the seller's connected Stripe account or paid manually. Payout timing depends on that review and on Stripe's settlement schedule.

Accounts

  • You must be 18 or the age of majority where you live.
  • You are responsible for the email and password you use, or for the Google account you sign in with.

Sellers

  • List only sites or Discord servers you control.
  • Monthly visits are self-reported. Do not invent traffic. Buyers will see the number you type.
  • Paste the embed so the slot can actually serve. A listing with a dead embed can be paused.
  • Verification is an operator flag, not a paid badge and not a guarantee of traffic.

Buyers

  • Creatives must match the landing page and must be legal to run in the places you target.
  • Bookings use your available balance when it covers the charge. Otherwise, pay for the booking by card through Stripe Checkout.
  • We do not promise clicks, conversions, or fill. "The ad did not convert" is not a refund reason. See Refunds.

Discord

Public Discord booking pages are closed. A Discord booking already on an account that is not marked delivered within 48 hours of the scheduled time refunds to the buyer's balance.

Advertising policy

This policy covers every ad on AdsAnyway, and we check a new banner before it can serve.

We do not accept ads for:

  1. Gambling of any kind, including casinos, sports betting, skin or case gambling, loot-box or case-opening sites, and sweepstakes that require payment.
  2. Selling or trading in-game currency, items, skins or accounts for real money, top-up resellers, or account farming.
  3. Cheats, hacks, mod menus, aimbots, exploits, or software that breaks a game's rules or anti-cheat.
  4. Crypto tokens, NFTs, ICOs, trading signals, or "earn" schemes.
  5. Malware, adware, cracked or pirated software, or anything that hides what it installs.
  6. Adult content, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, or anything illegal where the ad is shown.
  7. Misleading claims (for example "undetectable", "guaranteed", fake countdowns) or a landing page that differs from the ad.

Skins or cosmetics ads are only from the creator or the game operator. Tools or clients are only allowed when they do not break a game's rules or its anti-cheat.

How we check

A new banner you upload stays in review until we approve the image and the click URL. It does not serve before that. A booking that reuses a banner we already approved can go live without a second check. A seller can require their own approval on a slot. We can reject or stop any ad.

Seller blocks

Sellers can block more categories on their own slots.

If we refuse or stop an ad

If we reject a banner before the booking serves, we return that booking's charge to the buyer's balance. If we stop an ad after it has served, time already served stays charged. When a seller pauses a slot for 24 hours or more, unused whole days are refunded to the buyer's balance. See Refunds.

Prohibited

Do not list inventory you do not control, fake traffic, click ads on your own slots, or upload malware. Ads must follow the Advertising policy. We can pause listings, freeze payouts, or close accounts. We can refuse inventory that breaks the law where we operate.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. AdsAnyway is not a party to the advertiser's offer on a seller's site. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost listings, or ad content that a seller or buyer publishes.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
