Privacy policy

AdsAnyway (adsanyway.com) is an ad marketplace. This page describes the data we actually store today. It is not a claim of a specific legal entity or certification.

Who this covers

People who create an AdsAnyway account, list a site or Discord server, upload a creative, book a slot, or load an embed we serve.

What we collect

• Account: email, display name, password hash. We do not store your password in plain text.
• Listings: site name, URL, category, seller-reported monthly visits, zone settings, Discord server details you enter.
• Ads: creative files or URLs, click URLs, campaign dates, budgets, bids, and serve counts (views, impressions, clicks).
• Money ledger: wallet balance, earnings, holds, top-ups, charges, payout requests. These are platform ledger rows, not bank statements.
• Session: a session token in a cookie so you stay logged in. See Cookies.
• Abuse controls: short-lived rate-limit keys that may include IP address, so one client cannot drain a CPC budget or flood /api/serve.

What we do not collect today

We do not run a third-party analytics pixel on adsanyway.com. We do not sell personal data. We do not ask for a government ID or a card number. Wallet top-ups are demo credit until a payment processor is connected.

Publisher embeds

When a site pastes our snippet, the visitor's browser requests /ad.js and /api/serve from adsanyway.com. That request can include standard HTTP data (IP, user agent, referrer). We use it to pick a creative, count an impression, and rate-limit abuse. We do not build a cross-site advertising profile of that visitor.

Why we keep it

To run the marketplace: log you in, show listings, serve ads, keep an append-only money tape, and review payout or dispute requests. Seller-reported monthly visits are shown to buyers. They are not measured by us unless that site's embed is live and logging views.

How long

Account, listing, campaign, and ledger rows stay until the account is closed or we are required to delete them. Session tokens expire after 30 days. Rate-limit keys expire in minutes.

Your choices

You can log out, request a payout freeze by writing from the email on your account, or ask us to delete an account the same way. Deleting an account does not rewrite historical ledger rows that other users already relied on; we will close the login and stop serving your listings.
