Refund policy

Booking refunds are credited to your AdsAnyway balance, where you can spend them on other bookings. Buyer refunds cannot be withdrawn as seller earnings. Conversion ("the ad did not make me money") is never a refund reason.

How disputes work

Public Discord booking pages are closed. A Discord booking already on an account that is not marked delivered within 48 hours of the scheduled time refunds to the buyer's balance. For a banner slot that is not serving, the operator reviews the serve log and refunds unused whole days. Conversion is never a refund reason.

Defaults by sell mode

  • Daily site bookings: unused whole days refund when the seller pauses the slot for 24 hours or more. No automatic refund after the term ends. Payments made outside AdsAnyway must be refunded outside AdsAnyway.
  • Per thousand views and per click: charging stops when you pause. Amounts already charged for served views or clicks stay with the seller. Unspent budget stays in your balance.
  • Discord: public booking pages are closed. A booking already on an account that is not marked delivered within 48 hours of the scheduled time refunds in full to the buyer's balance.
  • Bookings still in review: you can cancel from your dashboard and receive the platform payment back in your balance. Once a site booking is live, a change of mind does not refund it.

Card payments

A booking is charged by card through Stripe Checkout, unless your AdsAnyway balance already covers it. You can also add funds to that balance by card. Booking refunds return to the balance, where you can spend them on other bookings. Funds you added to your balance and have not spent can be refunded to the original card on request within 30 days, minus processing fees Stripe does not return. Disputing a card payment with your bank after the funds were spent on delivered bookings will close the account.

Payouts

A denied payout request returns the held amount to the seller's earnings. That is not a buyer refund.
